Exhibitor FAQs
Can I sublet my site to another company?
No. We allocate sites based on the product or services they are promoting. Subletting to another company may cause a conflict with other nearby Exhibitors.
How much does it cost to exhibit at the Recruit WA?
We have various sites available. Call Rod on 0456 787 536 and we will allocate a site to meet your budget.
How will I be informed about Bump In/Out procedures?
Once you have paid your site fees you will be given a PIN password. The instructions will be available on this website under Resources.
What information will I find in the Bump In/Out document?
You will have a checklist of requirements plus an allocated Bump In time.
What if I cannot make the required Bump In time?
It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to arrive and finish drop-offs by the time allocated on the Bump In schedule.
Failure to do so may result in driveways being blocked. This may mean the Exhibitor causing the issues will be turned away and rescheduled if possible.
BECAUSE OF THE NARROW DRIVEWAYS EXHIBITORS MUST ARRIVE AND LEAVE ON TIME.

Are forklifts available?
Yes we have forklifts and drivers available for hire. Exhibitors are not allowed to drive Expo Forklifts on-site without permission.

Where do I park on EXPO DAYS?
All Exhibitiors must park in carpark 1. Entry is via Gate 1 on Grandstand Road (at the Garrett St Bridge end).
